yeah, I prefer 06-09-77 or 10-11-77 Help Slip Franks, for the year, but 05-09 has that certain 77 sterility that bores me at times...one of my first tapes, had this one long before Cornell...

Me too. Got Cornell and Buff around the same time. Still a great show -x Ccomes a Time shines -- but not my fave HSF by a long stretch.

I just listened to this yesterday ! Great version of this wonderful show . Even the "average" songs are strong .
My personal recommendation is the UJB encore .
